1. Course Enrollment & Fees

• Once enrolled, access to course materials is granted immediately (in case of digital/recorded courses).
• Course fees are non-transferable to another person unless specifically mentioned.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Live/Instructor-led Courses: Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start date. After this period, no cancellation will be accepted.
• Self-Paced/Recorded Courses: Since access is provided instantly, cancellations are not applicable once payment is completed.
• Workshops/Webinars: Tickets once booked cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Policy

• Live Courses: If you cancel within the eligible cancellation period, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
• Self-Paced/Recorded Courses: Refunds are not available once you have logged in and accessed the course material.
• Technical Issues: If you face issues in accessing the course due to a technical fault at our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments, refunds will be initiated upon verification.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after accessing the course material.
• Incomplete participation in live classes or workshops.
• Failure to meet system requirements clearly mentioned on our website.
